The kitchen in the Siwa Villa

The kitchen is fully fitted and capable of producing dinner for at least ten people. There is a small breakfast table that seats around four people if you do not want to set the dinning table for breakfast or lunch. The oven is big and has a grill, and internal spit for roasting chickens, lambs etc, but this is best done up on the roof over the open fire on the spit we have up there where you can put two lambs on at the same time, or a LOT of chickens. Six gas rings on top gives you literally as much fire power as you need. The work surfaces cover two thirds of the room give able space for two or three people

There is a high ceiling with a fan to keep you cool and the large kicthen window opens out into the street letting on the air.
There is cutlery, cups. glasees and plates etc for ten people.
