This is a prime tourist location in Siwa next to the Shali. 30m of street front opposite the mud mosque with an additional 30 m of ‘street’ front, is more of a path, on the top floor.
You could make 7 shops on the ground floor with 7 Airbnb apartments on the top with private access to the rear. Then make the traditional coffee shop or restaurant in Siwa on the roof terrace. I have some ideas on this that I am happy to share with you.
The front wall was leaning towards the Mosque and I was asked to knock it down. It has full permission to be rebuilt to its original 2 stories – see the old picture below.
The only real traditional area left near the Shali in Siwa. If you are looking to set up a hotel, restaurant etc, this is a great location for this.
