Lunch in the
Garden Once you have been around
for a few days you will probably receive an invitation
to have lunch in someone's garden. Depending on the
amount of people who are coming and the budget they
set for lunch, this can range from just tea and dates
to roasting a whole goat or lamb in the sand and spending
the whole day and evening out in the garden with music
and lots of 'relaxing'.
Bedouin CampsThere are three camps on the
edge of the Sahara as the desert is funnily enough
known as here by the locals. Each one serves basic
food of meat, rice and vegetables. You need to book
dinner in advance with the owners in town before you
go and you'll need Jessie to take you.
