I love it when guest arrive, I take them up onto the roof and see their faces light up when they see the fire burning away and the flicker of light moves around the 120 sq meter of terrace.

It is so much more impressive than the pictures is normally what they say. I never know to see that as a compliment or not seeing as I am a photographer, and um, I took the pictures you see here. I will add in some video of some parties we have had on the roof with guests to give you more of a feel for what it is like to sit up there with drink in your hand and watch the world go by down below as you look up at the Shali fort up above you.

So, imaging adding in all your friends around this fire knowing the place never closes, as it is your home for the next few days.

During the day you can sit in the shade in the seats at the back of the terrace that gives you total privacy.

The air is clear and the sun in the winter is perfect, just right and not too hot.
