The Siwan Festival takes place every year at the end of the harvest time... any time from October to December, depending on Ramadan and the moon. Once i finally get my head around the way the festival dates are worked out, I will put the 'logic' here, or I'll maybe just put the dates for next year and leave it at that, we'll see;)
