Adventure Holidays in Egypt are fun. We came to Egypt as a family
on an Adventure Holiday in 2004, and we stayed (see
our story). We now run Adventure Holidays to Siwa
Oasis starting in Cairo and the Pyramids, seeing
them by horseback early in the morning before the
crowds. We then head down to Siwa via the Commonwealth
War Graves and have a swim on the white sandy beaches
of the Mediterranean before arriving at the Siwa
Villa in Siwa
Oasis.

You can have your adventure as one of our all
inclusive holidays or we can book and organise
everything for you directly leaving you in the hands
of our tried and tested guides in Cairo and drivers
who will take care of you before you arrive at the
Siwa
Villa.
The Siwa Villa has the sole use of our Jeep driven
by Duncan to transport you around
the local area where, and when ever you want to go...on
and off road (tarmac is normally a bit of a rare site
in Siwa;).

If you are looking to book
an adventure holiday for a group of up to ten
people, if you do the maths ... you will find that
going somewhere different, you will spend a lot more
time experiencing the culture and way of life that
you came to see ... at a lower cost.
A reputable tour operator specialising in adventure
group holidays will charge anywhere from 4,000 - 10,000le
per person excluding flights and will then ask you
to "bring along enough money to pay for things like
your lunch and hotel bills along the way" ( this is
an actual quote from one of their web sites).
A somewhere different holiday ... excluding your
flights can be as little as 1000 per person if you book the villa only and you get to stay in
a very nice place ...EVERY night;)

Don't get me wrong, I am not knocking what they
do, we do run all
inclusive holidays to Egypt ourselves, these Adventure companies are
very good at what they do and for a single person
who does not want to travel to places like Siwa on
their own, they are perfect. The point is, if you
have your group already together. you will make significant
savings on booking your holiday directly with Somewhere
Different.
We provide you with all the information you need
and organise all your hotels and transportation for
you. When you arrive in Siwa, you can all do as you
like when you like, yet you can all meet up at the
end of the day around our enormous dinning room table
where you can perform a small banquette.

or up on the terrace where you can roast a lamb
and watch the colour of the Shali change at sun set.

For groups of up to ten people who want an adventure
and want to see desert life, Somewhere Different Siwa
is worth considering as an alternative to booking
an adventure holiday with one of the large tour companies.
If you have any questions on how we can help you with
this, please contact us about your holiday to Siwa here. |
